Try to be as specific as you can be and include all pertinent information!!

  1. Start by creating an appropriate and descriptive topic title that best describes your issue. Try to avoid topic titles like "hi" or "Iv'e got a problem" try titles more like "Subsilver style issue" or "How do I post a skype widget"
  2. Include your URL or at least your forum provider. It helps a lot to have your forum URL in your profile. It makes it easier for us to help you and it also drives traffic to your board. ;)
  3. A detailed description of what you have tried if it's a troubleshooting issue. "My board doesn't work" is ok but it hardly points us in the direction of what you may have done wrong. Try "I was adding things to my Mini-Portal and now my page wont load" This will help a lot.
  4. Preview your post before you post it to check you grammar and spelling so your sure your post makes sense. "iget teh mybrd dn" will baffle the best of us..It doesn't have to be perfect but your point should be clear in each post.
  5. No advertising we will be providing a place for that at a later date.
  6. Keep it on the boards and try not to use PMs to solve issues because that hides the solutions from the next guy that might have the same issue.
  7. DO NOT post passwords on the public boards. Occasionally I will help you via FTP or something but those passwords go to PM's so some "yo yo" doesn't find joy in taking over or deleting your boards..
  8. Images of problems are GREAT!!! but try to keep their sizes compatible with the board template.
  9. Be patient! bumping is ok after 4 or 5 hours if you feel the need to do so, but remember that we all have to sleep sometime so there is going to be gap in there sometimes..Honestly there is probably no need to bump at all here but if it makes you feel better.....

This is a pretty easy board to get used to and were not going to ban you for a misspelled word ect but effort counts.. ;) There is a translator on the board if you need it. It's not the best translator in the world but it has been getting us through for a while now, so it works..You can find your country language codes for it and instructions for it's use here. Translator

Thank you for taking the time to read this.Image
