Is your work connection slow? because the new index page portal is really very fast and once its loaded you have a navigation pane I think you would appreciate. :D

Work can be slow at times. But the real reason is that I am a contractor for a state agency and they can be touchy about websites. It seems the less bells and whistles the less likely they notice a site.
