I have a forum over at freeforums.org on premium and came looking for help to build a static page/pages in phpbb 3. Having issues with BBC code in that area and also want to make my site more unique.
My site is NFL/Green Bay Packer based so any suggestions or help would sure be appreciated !

I don't have a premium board over there so I don't know what they have and have not allowed over there in their premium boards,.. but if you can give me more detail on what you are looking for we should be able to figure out a solution. ;)

BTW try this image for your index page. It will take out the white background in that image so that it matches on that template.

Thank you ! Here are the details of premium:
Features:

Double the upload file limit (10MB)
Reputation mod (allows users to positive and negative rep to fellow members)
Cash Mod (allows yours to collect cash/points for various tasks like posting) Shop Mod (lets the admin set items the users can buy with their cash)
Priority Support (access to the premium support board for faster support)
Custom pages (add custom pages to your forum for whatever content you want. Can be edited with HTML or BBcode) But they then disabled HTML
Link Bar (Adds a link bar to the top and bottom of your forum so you can link to internal or external pages)
Custom Style Editing (edit the colors on featured templates to create your own style!)
I just want the scrolling text up top with that mogulas player and maybe a widget or two.
