I see the mass mail settings. That's a good sign. Did you install this phpb3 version from a control panel? Or was it set up through FTP and mysql?

I installed phpbb3 myself using filezilla, but you can use their own file uploader on their website controll panel. Feel free to log in at Zymic with the details I gave you and have a look around.
